“The show starts: from a dairy store to a home." -2005-
Making works of interior architecture and furniture design of a living-premises in Barcelona.
Her clients, musicians, commissioned Lola Lago for the restore of this former dairy transformed into housing. Lola remodeled space transforming it in a stage and gave freedom to her imagination using many resources for recycling and profitability of space.

The space was a former dairy store in San Feliu, turned into a home subsequently. The showers and toilets are located in a way to form or not, a single space just opening a curtain. The space gained to the bathroom and the demolition of the doors of it and the kitchen, allow you to mount the dining room, and a corner in the kitchen can be used to host a large pantry closet dedicated. I raise the height of the dining table and chairs to take advantage of the bar stools in the lounge. This bar is a cherished wish of my client.
The bar (I place the TV just above. Able to rotate 360 degrees, so you can see it, from the living room and from the kitchen), is part of a furniture-sculpture that starts in front of the entrance door and like structure, has 3 pillars that support it: one, an iron support with life-size picture of my client, two, the bass guitar (instrument devoted to professional mind) and three, the bar.

In the lounge there are some inherited furniture, from the 70s. A central shelf, which base is a container and support for the Flying Carpet rug from Nani Marquina, serves as a couch.
Abother bicolour sofa set with small mats, a semi-curved rail and a curtain, allow us to have a guest room. The theatrical atmosphere created by the great and classic draperies of the lounge, lace curtains, shelves and pictures of the painting on the ceiling, the colours maroon, red, gold, help make warm and cozy this cold floor and enrich a very low budget.
The bedroom, of small dimensions, is extended by raising the bed and using the space below, as a container for clothing. The hall is the closet area of the floor, and houses a large floor mat and carpet to the study, together with a coating of egg cups on the roof and walls to soundproof the room.
On the facade, including the name that the couple have chosen for their home, remembering that in older times, this place was a store and identifying it exclusively.
